Anyone use bookit.com and have a good experience?
I want to book a trip to Mexico online and have researched and found bookit.com to have the best rates. But when I read their reviews it scares me. I’m hoping only dissatisfied people take the time to write a review… Which I do believe is generally the case with most things. Before I make a final decision I wanted to ask if anyone has had a good experience with this online travel site? While I’m asking, I’d love to hear of any suggestions on where to stay in Mexico. Were looking for a reasonable priced all inclusive resort. It doesn’t have to be Cancun, but that just seems to be the most budget friendly place Ive found. My plan is to just lay on the beach or pool side and sip cocktails so which part of the ocean we do it is not that big of a deal. I welcome any suggestions. Thanks! Meliss
I used bookit.com about 3 times and never has any problems. 1 time my computer was messing up and i click book twice so it went thru twice and I was charged each time for the same thing. I called customer service and told them what happened and they refunded my card right away with no problems. they always have the best prices. so i never have any problems with my bookings so I highly recommend this site.
