something that could cover the concrete, for example? I need a product that dries quickly and is a kind of paint is flat matt black with a textured feel old that looks like runway. any suggestions people? thanks
There is a fast-drying black paint you can buy to stop leaks in flat roofs, look like runway, sorry can not remember the name but it is plastic tubes in yellow.
